Karyna's kitc=en is almost done and the next apartment we will work on is 11J now that he= parents have left. All we need to do in there is remove the ceil=ng fixtures and some touch up in the living room and bedroom. One=of the Venetian plaster walls was damaged by water from above. Do you to sp=nd the money to replace this it should we just paint the wall? An=hony and I are going to meet to generate a punch list for all of the apartm=nts. I spoke to Duggal at length about the large photos for 71st s=reet. The aluminum panels can only be 14' x 5' so I don't think that is not=an option. What we came up with was printing the photos on Art Canvas and t=en have them stretched in the house and they could be attached on cleats th=t are secured to the frame. There is nothing we can apply to the murals to p=otect them to then wallpaper the photos over them without the glue pulling o=f the mural when they are removed. Please let me know if you want=me to price out this canvas idea? As for the refund for the Artef=cto pieces that came damaged they still have not addressed this after persi=tent contact with them. Rich and I will call them this afternoon to try aga=n to resolve this. They still owe us a delivery of Karyna's night=tables and a pair of Lounge chairs for Palm Beach. Both are due to arrive i= Miami on May 20th.
