After that Peter reached =ut to him and they talked few times. <=p> My understanding is that =effrey reached again the previous deal with some modifications. The =eal was a side car 10% plus me paying for a part of legal expenses (up to 250K — minus money on Biosys account). There was a small additio=al change — David's requests that if I exercise any payout of =hese deals through a fund, he needs to get paid at the same time. <=p> Of note, I am not talking=Biosys URL or name. <=p> I am OK with this and wan= to move forward. <=p> Could you please draft th=t agreement that describes a deal as well as release and confidentiality c=ause? <=p> Jeffrey thinks that it is=the best if you wrote the agreement and send it to me/him. He thinks=that he can get them to sign this week. He insists that a time is critical — we need to send it to him asap and he claims that he w=ll have it signed.
