I consult for a company here in the States that represents firms in filin= claims in class action litigation settlements in the United States. The c=mapany handles both domestic and international entities, including many Fo=tune 500 entities. We have recovered over US$100 million in awards for Chi=ese entities and associations. At present, there are a number of class action settlem=nts in the financial industry. Such settlements include foreign exchange, =ibor, Euroyen transactions, as they are referred to in settlement agreemen=s.
