I met with Lisa Graziano on Friday and the 2014 Apollo flights have been re-charged and payments are being applied in systematic basis to open invoices. Flights that are 135 flights receive multiple invoices and the reimbursement will be applied by Jet Aviation. Once these payments are applied, Lisa will be handing over the bill pay/ administration to the family office. As for the new rate of reimbursement, Akin has circulated a new dry lease addendum and this is being reviewed by Jet. The hourly rate was set based on 2014 plane usage. If usage increases in 2015, the per hour rate should come down. Reset will take place in July 2015. From: jeffrey E.
