I am here in London, I will get onto it straight away, I know her name she has stayed at DUKES before. We always upgrade her even though she is on a low rate as a corporate guest. I have looked in the system she is upgraded again this stay. She does like a certain room in the hotel and on this occasion it could not be allocated as it is off for refurbishment, may be this is the issue however we have still upgraded her. We are not aware of any issues. I will contact her tonight when she comes in, I will also follow up with Mr Jeffrey.
