The topic= covered were (a) the circumstances under which Carol established her revocable trust, (b) the administration of the resulting marital trust=, and (c) the process of selecting my successor as trustee. Noam spe=ifically instructed me to limit my responses to him and not to copy anyone=other than parties he openly copied in our exchanges. (I don't know if you were bcc'd of=course.) Noam rejected my suggestion that it would be better if we i=cluded his counsel in our exchanges.
