What are your thoughts, at a later date, building two bedrooms under the office on the ground floor for sleeping? Its just a matter of wood walls and two windows that look into the hanger. Up stairs office would be my office, the middle room is conference room and the back office is for Nadia and Dave, and doubles as my media/flight planning room/relax room with tv from gym I installed.
