Also, I have looked at the pictures through the weeken= and analyzed what can be done for these areas. Because of the low sun lig=t, the grass does not grow in these areas. It will be very hard to make =he lawn thrive with no sun. So what I was thinking that could be done is r=move the grass and install Synthetic astro turf. Low maintenance, al=ays stays green and you don't have to worry about anything (sun ligh= & drainage). Let me know what Mr. Epstein thinks of the idea.
