July 28 Hi Jeff Earlier this evening I've got several angry calls from our Ministry o= Foreign Affairs and the Border control and Immigration authorities regardi=g Sultan, 'your Arab businessman', as they call him. These are, in our region, extremely rigid authorities. When it occurred early afternoon IL time, it immediately reached the General=Director of the Ministry. And created a lot of embarrassment. IL is not a p=ison, and Sultan is a guest. But CANNOT Leave without noticing anyone and e=pect to be admitted back as if that's his homeland. I plan to meet him, Nili set a meeting, but you probably can note him to be m=re cautious. I of course told them not to blow it beyond proportions, but p=omised them they won't be surprised again.
