Max is simply trying to make things as difficult and =npleasant as possible. But in order to get all of this over with quickly, OK =o give him the assurances -- however, making it clear that no =nformation can be provided to him without our explicit =uthorization. My and Max's brief email correspondence of =esterday evening regarding the Massachusetts estimate (and confirmation =hat the federal payment has been sent) will follow this =mail. If you need time to consider this, please ensure that you =ake the estimated tax payment by 12/31 directly to the Mass D.O.R. from =ther funds, with the voucher that Matthew Mazotas sent yesterday via =mail and please let me know to keep me updated. I also discussed with Max the status of the list he =s preparing for a successor independent trustee. His belief is =hat a corporate trustee may not be willing to serve given the asset =ize of the trusts. As a result he is considering 2 EFTA_R1_01795076 EFTA02604901 lawyers who =erve as trustee. He is not knowledgeable regarding the current =alance of your IRAs and this may influence him to include certain =orporate trustees on the list he is preparing for Harry.
