Matt also thought $5.3M is fair for both Heli and all parts may work! I need to do more homework on the other Helicopter „ the overhaul on the S7= engines is 4000 hours i believe , the second heli has 3400 total hours whi=h makes it 600 hours from overhaul.., as oppose to 2500 hours on the Heli w= are working on, May I present the offer at $2.9M via LOI?
