He first said, he was willing to make this work„ then he became hesitant t= present this to CVS being a public company, he thought CVS May think this i= a shady procedure, and I was taking advantage of the situation „ I told M=tt I had your direction„Matt also mentioned that if CVS hears your willing=to pay 3.1, why isn't CVS getting that amount, Matt suggested that we pay $3.1 to escrow, and let escrow disperse the $200k=commish but this only has the contract purchase price at $2.9M. Matt is will to present to CVS and his partner at Guardian wanted us aware o= what CVS light think, I told him not to mention anything until I speak to you, I certainly didn =80 t want to mess up the deal myself. Other idea, maybe run the purchase though Gary's company?? Not sure how to proceed?
