USACE regulatory has been giving him some push back on proces=ing of the dock permits(and on several other non compliances he has settle=). I will be talking to him about what needs to be done to get thing= moving forward again. I know CZM had raised issues on the applicati=ns and the temporary ramps. Has there been a resolution? I wan= to check on what is happening but did not want to stir the pot so to spea= if a resolution is in the process.
