Riga is 1-2 days so I advised her to go to Riga. She has an apt in her name, car, etc, hopefully that helps. Also she's a student - until this June when she graduates - so maybe she can try for some kind of student visa? Or at least show that she needs to be back for exams? Just not sure if these factors are as relevant as they use to be in current political climate.
