At =pproximately 8am today I was going down the steps towards the garage, =hen I saw two JPK empolees, one older man running and another giving =hase and hitting the old man with a piece of metal from the ceiling =hat's being removed. The old man proceeded to fall down and =he other man to beat him. I started yelling for him to stop and =elp and finally the one man left. Marina personel available was =ot very helpful at the time, once Beth arrived She took over the =ituation. I called the police they came and made a report.
