I am particularly concerned abou= the docking facilities as they may not coincide with the facilities devel=ped by Amy. The Corp Of Engineer's approval will be key in getting=them approved. It is my understanding that they will not approve any docki=g facility in the bay where you have one now. The sketches dated February 2017 of the large house can probably be done=as a Minor Permit. The sketches from March 2017 may border on being = Major Permit. We would need to limit how many of the house permits get ap=lied for initially and make sure they are all tied to individual lots if y=u want to avoid a Major Permit. Each structure on that plan will as a mini=um need plans, elevations, and sections in addition to their individual si=e plans. So, there is a lot of design development that must take place.
