Cc: Richard Kahn Subject: Joe DeSantis trial day 1 Jeffrey When Joe Desantis visited yesterday he pointed out several items tha= were not maintained, or had been installed wrong. No screens on pool filte=s resulting in leaves being sucked into the pumps, multiple electrical junc=ion boxes left without covers/lids and various other items that he felt was=the result of sloppy work. He has a good eye for engineering issues.</=:p> =/o:p> Joe spent=time with Danny E yesterday and the feedback from Danny was that felt he wa= pleasant and knowledgeable, but that he would like to see him to be more h=nds on. I mentioned this to Joe and he told me he had offered several times=to help Danny during the day they spent together, but Danny had said that h= should just watch. So, on trial day 2, I will make sure that Joe is doing han=s on work and I will also find a project for him to fix independently.=/o:p> &nbs=; I'd lik= to wait until next week to pass final judgement about Joe.
