I sure hope the lawyer(s) in this Maxwell case is someone who cros=-examines for a living if this case goes to trial. The case presents=a real opportunity for a hard-hitting cross-examiner to undermine credibil=ty with respect to a witness/plaintiff who apparently has a lot of baggage=to work with.
