He followed the issue in the media and reached out to you. Th=t's how I understood it when we spoke on the island, but I wasn40=804ot a 100% sure. If that is the case, it might beneficial if the Govern=r states that at the beginning of the meeting so these guys don't =hink you are running to him every time you have a problem with them. Addit=onally, I think we maneuvered them into stating we could ask the Commissio=er to reconsider the 45 feet height restriction on the flagpole, particula=ly since the permit hasn't been fully executed as yet. It is clear=to me the section referenced to limit the height appears to refer to attac=ments on a building than a freestanding pole. Hopefully the Commissioner c=n prevail with that.
