I should know in the next half hour. * Payment for the Giacometti should be made to CDEC's account referencing AP Narrows LP (see the attached wire transfer instructions). Payment for the Schiele and the Braque should be made to CDEC's account referencing the LOB 2011 LLC. I will attach the appropriate wire transfer instructions to the Bills of Sale when they are finalized. Otherwise, please send them first thing tomorrow morning. As you will see, I have included a noon tomorrow deadline for the funds to be received in CDEC's account in the Bills of Sale to ensure CDEC has time to send its wires to our entities. Lastly, you had mentioned that you would like to have the Trustees of the APO-01 Declaration and the Manager of the LDB 2011 LLC sign an acknowledgement that you are purchasing the works. Please email me whatever you would like them to sign and I will discuss it with them.
