Thank you for your payment. Please read the entire report about your boat. Please note that the sections titled COMMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS, detailing deficiencies in the subject vessel, have been sorted into two sections. The first section of COMMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS speaks to items of concern for both your benefit and the benefit of your prospective insurance company. These are actions that should be complied with promptly. The section titled COMMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS OF CONCERN TO THE BUYER details deficiencies that do not affect the insurable nature of the vessel, but instead contain advice on different ways to solve a problem, notes on cosmetic blemishes and other less significant items for your information as the buyer. The Buyer concerns can be corrected as you desire. Once you have purchased the subject vessel, please contact this office if you are interested in a VALUATION LETTER. We can prepare this letter and send it out to you promptly. The PURCHASE SURVEY and VALUATION LETTER should be all the documents you need from our office to secure financing and/or insurance on your new vessel. If your insurance company asks for a COMPLIANCE (with recommendations) SURVEY REPORT, please contact us at the number above so we can accommodate your schedule. I have also enclosed a list of insurance agents that are offering hull insurance in the local area, plus a list of recommended activities to be performed during haulout.
