Hi =effrey and Eileen,
I wanted to discuss the proposal =or distributing the Accountings and Release & Indemnification =greements to the
Trustees and the Beneficiaries of the Trusts. rnbsp;Generally, the documents are sent by the law firm representing the
=rustees: first to the Trustees to obtain their approval and signature =nd then after this is obtained, to the the
beneficiaries for their =pproval and signature. I am assuming that you want this to be =rchestrated by Carlyn's firm since
they should be responsible for the =olution to the issue caused by their document. I have attached =roposed cover
letters for McDermott to send with the packages they are =utting together.
My thought is =hat one of us (me, Eileen, Leon, whomever you think appropriate) would =all the Trustees in advance to
let them know the package is coming and =o offer to walk them through it when it arrives. We would do the =ame for
the beneficiaries after the Trustees sign off and before the =ackage is sent to the beneficiaries. =nbsp;
I am open to alternative suggestions and =elcome your comments.
