My home, on the conservative side bank appraised at 3.9M, high side by several brokers at 4.5M in this current market. The purchase price was 3.0 before improvements. The principal balance is 2.7M. I have approximately $400K of art collected. My pension account balances are: Cash at Private Bank (IRA) $235K Cash at Comerica $1K Private Bank Stock $43K Trazzler $25K Skinny Stock $208K* Total $512K (*please note that the Skinny stock will soon be of higher value.) Two payments which are guaranteed, are my back end accruals of Enchanted and Life As We Know It. LAWKI is due around 3/12 for $400K approximately, and Enchanted is due between 1/12 -12/12 for between 1.5M to 2.0M approximately.
