Had a slow start, IFR weather all thru Dominican Republic,. We departed Punta Cana this morning at Sam and had to return to airport due to solid rain. Was able to depart at 11am and made fuel stop in Puerto Plata,. Weather has been a Challange this trip, Bell 430 with Radar would be easy since I would file IFR,. The 407 is not IFR certified, looking fwd to our new helicopter!
