See attached side by side of Eric against Van Nuys shop.
It is tough to compare side by side the shop estimates, Eric estimated=this project very general in terms of itemization
for interior w=rk and did not pin point his cost of material or labor, the Van Nuys shop&=bsp;was more open to share
estimates of labor and material for e=ch area to be addressed.
I also included each orginal quote from Eric and Van Nuys shop,.
