What I did say however was that I needed a little time to better identify what I believe to be a realistic budget so that what you "perceive" will be your total investment in this s/n aircraft meets your financial expectations. You mentioned an equation of 2 — 2.5 times a Gulfstream and this is a failed equation. There is a lot to consider — especially an unclarified modification to the bedroom / lavatory. My goal is to present you with a budgetary cost that reflects reality. The one mistake that I believe you made with the Gulfstream is that the project "started" at one level that as each went by you built upon. No offense to you (ya know I still love ya), but this is not the way a project should run, otherwise budgetary costs and down time fall by the waist side. I will be digging into your Bal deeper tomorrow as I work towards a focus. Have you thought about the cabin management system in the aircraft? The entertainment system? Modification items add up significantly and quickly. Will you be available tomorrow afternoon to talk so that I make sure that we are on the same page and that we work in tandem to meet your expectations?
