No furniture moving is included unless specified in the descriptions above. No demolition is included unless specified in the descriptions above. All flooring will be installed as per manufacturers recommended application. No metal, wood or stone saddles are included unless specified in descriptions above. All work is to be done during normal business hours unless noted above. Any unforeseen structural issues made apparent throughout the course of work will be handled as they occur. Baseboards, moldings and walls may require touch-ups to be done by others. Do not put tape on a newly finished floor as it may remove the coatings. All changes to a project are to be discussed with an officer of the State of the Art, not any field workers. State of the Art Wood Floor Gallery, Corp. does not accept credit cards. If the client must pay with a credit card we reserve the right to add all necessary processing fees to the above pricing. All terms are to be agreed upon prior to job start.
