AYH would like to extend the payment to Reefco in order =o get this done. However, as David explained, he suggested to Southern =rust that they replace the air handlers and duct work, or this will be only a =emporary solution. David also stated the any roof leaks were taken care =f even before my tenure here. I would propose that southern Trust have =he necessary corrections made to the air-conditioning system, then after that we can have the mold portion completed and =eplace any damaged ceiling tiles.
