I have just proved this will NOT repair the issue=. I removed the pressure line and pressurized the system,. =ven though I cannot hear the Thump,. I did have pressure =oming out of solenoid. I have called Gulfstream P=l to set up a travel team to help us,. IF I could get=20the flaps to at least 20 degrees, I could ferry the pla=e to palm bch for repairs,. since i"m stuck at 40 degree=,. this isn't possible,. so I have to bring in the expert=. since pressure is available thru solenoid,. th= next valve is the Flap control valve,. which makes sense,.=20if this unit is not allowing fluid to retract and only =xtend,. could by our problem,. much more difficult to change =his valve., attached is flap dia=ram.. thx,.
