Hi Nicolas,
Per our conversation, I have =ttached a one-page summary and recent deck for inStream, the first =omprehensive
practice management software platform for independent =inancial advisors (RIAs). In 2013, inStream raised circa $5M
from = great investor group, and is now raising a convertible note, bridging =nto the upcoming Series B round.
inStream has been performing very well since =nception and the company has a bright future, in my opinion: (1) the
=roduct is fantastic and deploying new market-leading functionality =very month; (2) the Toronto-based engineering
team is first class, (3) =nStream has already closed two large national enterprise clients: =nbsp;Mercer Global Advisors
and Buckingham Asset Management (BAM), =hich is among the largest RIA firms in the US; and (4) the company= sales
pipeline looks great.
I'm both a personal =nvestor ($550K to date) and active board member at inStream. My =riend John Wotowicz (copied
here) is the company's CEO, the former head =f global business development at Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA) and a
=ongtime Morgan Stanley executive.
If you are interested in =earning more, John would be pleased to meet at your convenience and =ive into the model.
