As we understand it, come November, Ralph will potentially be able to practice again so sooner is better if you would like to move on this. -removal of JEE from Family foundation-also from August I2th note- Although JEE supposedly resigned as Director of the Family Foundation in 2007, since we were unable to locate any document confirming this, Jeffrey's inhouse lawyer Darren has directed us to obtain ratification of this act from the other directors and and acknowledgement of no involvement by JEE since then. Ada ran into a bit of a roadblock. The other directors need to sign a resolution to execute on this and to add Ben and Josh as Directors. Tony Ressler did not know he was a Director (said we had the wrong Ressler). He wants to understand what you expect his involvement to be going forward and he declined to sign the a relevant resolution until this is clarified. When you have a chance please do speak to Tony or if you would like to change direction and not include him going forward, we can adjust to accommodate this.
