Unfortunately she (the lawyer) is on vacation until next week, however she made a few modifications and sent me a version that should work for MOU level (not yet the contract but OK for MOU) Can you please let me know your comments? It should be 100% aligned with what we have discussed but if there is anything that you think we should change to make MR.E happier please let me know.
