He returned my call earlier and I communicated to him that he must recognize his mistakes and
correct the outstanding issues at LSJ and 7l" street.
He said by tomorrow afternoon we would have an email with his proposals and time frame to
complete work.
His tone has changed as I believe he is afraid of legal action.
I will forward his email upon receipt tomorrow.
