Re KUE I did connect with the person I mentioned who was marketing a $10mil LP interests late last year. That piece did not trade hands. Apparently, comment that interests could only be sold to another existing LP owner came from the company to that seller. The person representing that seller said he was in touch with approx half of the LP owners and got no takers. Ability to underwrite the purchase/already own plenty was one reason but more commonly he said the issue with owners was lack of information about the situation, so obviously. I am not the only one with an information vacuum. Really not sure where to go from here on this.
