Clarified the following: • Although . cannot recall every piece of evidence he seized, he specifically recalls seizing message pads and twin torpedoes sex toy from 358 El Brillo Way on October 20, 2005. • Photographs of message pads and twin torpedoes from the scene are fair and accurate depictions of portions of 358 El Brillo Way as they appeared on October 20, 2005. • All evidence, including message pads and twin torpedoes, was turned over to the evidence collection team, which was supervised by Crime Scene Manager Crime scene team then transported all evidence to PBPD.
