July 12, 2021 AUSAs SA Det. prep • Showed S video from October 20, 2005 PBPD SW of JE PB residence o • believes she sees either herself or in the video around 9 min and 50 sec in o 1 vaguely remembers being inside the house and photographing scene o recalls an open computer tower inside the house • S reviewed PBPD property receipts from search o Markings at bottom from November 2005 indicates pulled certain items of evidence for Det. o Several of those items were returned back to houseman • S reviewed photographs from scene and of evidence on brown paper o • confirmed consistent with her practice to put evidence seized from a search on brown paper, with scales, and with evidence numbers to photograph them o S recognizes her handwriting on the post-it notes with item numbers in the photographs of evidence items on brown paper • S shown message pads o • recognizes her handwriting on the post-its with item numbers, which are the same post-its in the photos of the evidence items on brown paper o SI confirmed the message pads look like the ones in the photographs from the search, but she cannot be more specific in identifying them because she never looked inside the message pads • recollection is that bagged all the evidence, and supervised the evidence team EFTA00029872
