EFTA00282775 De-Stressing WATER TO PURIFY THE MIND The DE-STRESSING scenario relaxes and calms you, slowing down the body. The gradual and purposeful warming of the water releases the stress from tired muscles, enabling your mind to "let go'. Degree by degree, turbulent thoughts subside and calm is restored, giving a clear stream of thought. Once more the mind is clear and body rejuvenated. Balancing Energizing EFTA00282776 - Principle KEYS The keys are used to switch the individual water outlet points on and off. - Light aura around the key: on. - No aura: off. Each key is assigned to at least one or more water outlet points (e.g. two WATER BAR). The keys are assigned by your qualified electrician when the system is commissioned. TWIST KNOB The twist knob is used to control temperature and volume. A quick push changes between the settings for temperature and volume. - Red-blue aura around the twist knob: temperature control is active. - White aura around the twist knob: volume control is active. Turning to the right increases the active setting (e.g. raises the temperature of the water). whereas turning to the left reduces it (i.e. lowers the temperature of the water). eTOOL Ninth four keys and a twist kncb. 71 EFTA00282777 Temperature setting ACTIVATE The red-blue aura around the twist knob indicates that the temperature control is active. Turning the twist knob adjusts the temperature. - Turning to the right raises the temperature. - Turning to the left lowers the temperature. The red-blue aura displays the current temperature in colour. The temperature can be controlled between the cold water supply temperature and a maximum of 43°C (safety). When either of these limits is reached the aura will start to flash. eTOO{2s temperature control is designed to suit the human body's perception of temperature. The aura displays a temperature of approx. 43°C. The aura displays a temperature of approx. 25°C. Volume adjustment ACTIVATE The white aura around the twist knob indicates that the volume control is active. Tuming the twist knob adjusts the volume. - Turning to the right increases the water volume to a pre-set maximum. - Turning to the left reduces the water volume to a pre-set minimum. The intensity of the aura indicates the current volume. The aura will start to flash to signal when the maximum or minimum flow is reached. The aura indicates a high flow rate. The aura indicates a low lbw rate. 12 13 EFTA00282778 Comfort function The comfort function enables the user to start showering at a pre-set temperature. ACTIVATE The comfort function can only be selected before a water outlet point has been activated. STEP - Push briefly on the twist knob. The aura indicates a pre-set temperature of 38°C. 2^1 STEP - Set the preferred comfort temperature using the twist knob. - Turning to the right raises the temperature. - Turning to the left lowers the temperature. - The comfort function switches itself off after three seconds if no entry is made on the push knob. 3r° STEP - Activate the desired water outlet point/s using the keys. Scenarios The three pre-programmed scenarios are balancing, stimulating or relaxing to enrich the individual bathroom rituals. ATTENTION: The mood-setting function of eTOOL can only be used in association with JUST RAIN, WATER SHEET and WATER BAR (2) outlets. The scenario function must be activated by a qualified electrician when commissioning the system. ACTIVATE The chosen scenario can only be started before any water outlet points have been activated. - Push on the key for two seconds. - Aura changes from green to white. - Starting scenario. No input can be entered on the twist knob or inactive keys while a scenario is running. After the scenario the white aura will go out and eTOOL will change to stand-by mode. DEACTIVATE Pressing again on the key will end the scenario prematurely. 14 15 EFTA00282779 Cleaning This mode is used to clean the eTOOL easily without running the risk of confirming a water outlet point during this process. ACTIVATE The cleaning process can only be started when the eTOOL is switched off. 1 s' STEP - Push and hold the twist knob. After two seconds the aura around the keys will shine blue in succession. Once all the auras are blue, the cleaning process may commence. From now and for the next 20 seconds, all input on the keys and twist knob will be ignored. 2^1 STEP - The twist knob may be released at the beginning of the cleaning process. The auras around the keys become paler in succession over the course of the cleaning process. When the final aura goes out, cleaning mode is over and will be exited. A blue aura around the twist knob indicates the end of the cleaning mode. DEACTIVATE The cleaning process can be stopped at any time until the blue auras all reappear simply by releasing the turning knob. Maintenance Repairs are only to be carried out by a qualified electrician. We recommend arranging for a qualified electrician to check and service all AMBIANCE TUNING TECHNIQUE components once a year. As well as cleaning and inspecting for leaks, a service will also check the various functions and update the software. A service contract with your specialist electrician will make sure that everything is checked regularly. 17 EFTA00282780 Faults 1. Red aura around a key: The connection to the corresponding water outlet is faulty. Please contact an authorised specialist partner if an error display continues. 2. Yellow aura around a key for three seconds: The corresponding water outlet has activated safe mode to protect the user against scalding (temperature over 43°C and stopped the water flow. The yellow aura will go out after three seconds. The water outlet is back in operating mode. Please contact an authofised specialist partner if an error display continues.
