VACATION
FIRST YEAR
(start date: July 31)
Guaranteed 2 Weeks Paid Vacation:
We will always take 2 full weeks a year vacation. You receive these weeks off and will be
paid for them. We will usually let you know 6 months in advance of our vacations.
SECOND YEAR
Guaranteed 2 Weeks Paid Vacation:
We will always take 2 full weeks a year vacation. You receive these weeks off and will be
paid for them. We will usually let you know 6 months in advance of our vacations.
PLUS: One Week Paid Vacation:
We completely understand that you and Javier may need/want to take vacation at a
different time than us! If you need to take another week vacation in addition to the 2 you
receive when we go away, we will pay you for it.
Please know that we will give you many months advance warning when it comes to our
vacations! Hopefully, you will be able to plan right along with ours
If, however, you do
need to take a week, we ask that you also give us many months advance warning.
Obviously, we will need to find alternative care for Ty.
Also know that Ike receives 4 week's vacation a year. We will probably never take 4 actual
"week" vacations, but instead a day or two here and there. This means that you will get
extra days off here and there as well. In the end we hope and feel that you will have ample
paid time off and well deserved breaks.
If you need to take more than these 3 given paid weeks off, unfortunately, we will not be
able to pay you for it.
GLORYANA! YOU ARE THE BEST AND WE ARE SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY TO HAVE YOU!!
