A fourth floor was added to the existing structure featuring a bedroom enclosed in glass walls with an outdoor rooftop lounge. The project involved gut renovation of the existing interiors, selecting new local materials and finishes, and custom furniture, rugs, hand painted wall finishes and fixtures by artists from around the world. Attention to detail and careful coordination with vendors and contractors on site as well as anists across the globe led to creating a beautiful and modern vacation home for the client. this project was completed in 2014.
