Executive Financial Summary:
The iconic Bishop McDevitt Catholic High School in Harrisburg, Pa. will be
adapted into: The McDevitt Center. New uses are: State offices, general
offices, retail, restaurants, banquet-catering hall, fine arts and regional
antique center.
To acquire and adapt the building, $4 million dollars will be assembled and
secured by a 1" Mortgage. Annual return is 8% amortized at 20 years with a
balloon payment by the 7'h year. Since no bank is ahead of the investors, the
risk of foreclosure is zero.
