She was very happy to have company and was chatty and in good spirits yet still in a lot of pain. She is set to begin chemo this Friday and will do chemo lx per week for 3 weeks (provided she is strong enough) then 2 weeks off then 3 weeks for a total of 6 treatments. Lynn told me that she took a walk today and ate some food Leo cooked for her. She said that the walk made her tired and food upset her belly as she is not used to eating so,much. She mentioned that she is trying to drink ensure. I made her laugh and told her that I too drank ensure while Training for the marathon. Lynn told me that her primary Doctor informed her that she has stage 4 cancer and Lynn realizes that she does not have to much time left. She voiced some of her fears and concerns which we can discuss over the phone or when we meet n told Darren to visit soon and he said he would see Lynn tomorrow. Lynn mentioned that and Karyn arrive home tonight and she will hopefully see them tomorrow or the next Friday. Lynn mentioned how lucky she was to have Jee in her life and got a bit emotional.
