This is the most useful information for the doctor as they want to see where you are at now. They prefer not to review hundreds of pages of records from the past. If you have a report from a current scan and current blood work please email or fax ahead of time. We do not accept CDS If you haven't already provided your list of your supplements and medications we will need that as well It is essential that we have these items sent over 3 days prior to your consultation for the doctor's review.
