From: To: Subject: Fireplace messed up Date: Thu, 29 May 2014 16:50:26 +0000 i am about to have a nervous break down...uuly trying very hard to keep it all togehter...and I will...but the fire place is wrong. the initial installer messed up. this will require work...all can be fixed. inspections can still happen rues. i have scoured my emails to Jen who I purchased from and we bought the right stuff (conversion kit) it is the venting that is wrong. Bob will handle it . He is going to call Jen and try to get her to pay for this .she recommended the installer...we bought $20,000 worth of stone from her...we should have some recourse I would think/hope bob is keeping the carpet covered. I feel like it is one thing after another...I suppose I signed up for this...positive thinking... EFTA00368972
