There are currently 7 other rentals available in New Canaan that are within the same price range as yours. I have not heard any further from the interested tenant and I reached out to the agent yesterday. I think we should lower the price to $8250, especially since a comparable house on street came on for $8500 recently. There are now 4 houses for rent at $8500 in NC. Let me know if it is okay.
