Everything is detailed in the attached estimate. I also added some options for the customer. We would appreciate the work and would like to start a relationship in which we can continue business in the future. Both me and Rich went over the estimate and are willing to take close to 10% off of the plumbing estimate on the original contract. So if the home owner decides that what we originally estimated on Jan 15 2013 is the scope they are looking for, we are willing to take $ 4,500.00 off the price.
