Does Jeffrey have to have his passport to come back to the US after being on the island
(possibly due to his status as a sex offender?) or does everyone have to show their passport
when coming to the US from the VI? I am worrying about this 2nd passport renewal, etc.
trying to think how we can do this earlier than end of the month.
