I have my crew and crane scheduled to be there Saturday first thing in the morning but I need for you to have your laborers and excavator there as well for snow removal and to address any site accessability issues. If this can't happen please let me know because we will not return on Saturday if not. We will plan on finishing up the installation on Monday if all goes well on Saturday. We had a pump blow out and we had to hand shovel some cave ins; it was all done. What is the hold up? I don't get paid until the foundation is up. I never pay subs before they are done. Except for you guys. Dumb idea. We have good weather this Thursday. Half the week is gone let's get this done on Thursday Friday and Saturday.
