Next, do you think that everything unfolding is going to slow down our project. I feel like many of the contractors that you mentioned from NJ how have good rates and good works like the framers may be supper busy now. Will raw material cost rise because demand is going to spike on essentially free money from insurance payouts? Do you think we are ahead of the game enough that we are close to the start and all others will need to wait on insurance, get architectural plans, get approved and so forth.
