As you can see, there is still a balance in our Trust Account, as we kept the billing under $10,000.00 this month as promised. Debbie's research and drafting time for the month appears as a lump-sum entry and was billed at the reduced rate of $125 per hour as agreed. We should have the draft of our response to the Punitive Damages issue to you by Wednesday, and an outline of discovery requests in the next 2 weeks. Bear in mind we have hearings coming up in October regarding the disqualification of Fred, and as you know when there are court appearances the bill is often larger.
