The gathering will begin in the Chapel at the Mission Inn Hotel in Riverside at 5:00 pm on 18 September with preliminary conversations, followed by cocktails and a welcome dinner. The conference itself will take place on September 19 and 20 at ESRI in Redlands, approximately 15 minutes from Riverside by car. It will conclude with an informal, optional dinner on 20 September at the Mission Inn. I am in the process of compiling the rooming list for the hotel.
